I called Aestheta Clinic CentralWorld and they were able to fit me in almost immediately, which is something Bangkok does incredibly well. It’s right next to Juno Hair in CentralWorld, which I went to a few days earlier, so very easy to access.
I went for a 45-minute colonic irrigation session mainly to deal with bloating, and the whole experience was handled professionally and without any discomfort. The staff were calm, discreet, and made it feel straightforward.
It cost 3,990 baht, which is on the pricier side but seems standard for this kind of clinic in central Bangkok. They also gave me a probiotic sachet and a warm miso soup afterward, which was a thoughtful touch.
Overall, efficient, clean, and well run. I’d come back.

I came here to get my Vitamin D levels checked. The clinic is beautiful, new, and very clean. The program included an additional 30 health check items, which was great value. The equipment here is modern and efficient. I received my results in 30 minutes and got my health report to take home. The staff were all very helpful and provided excellent service.
I came to the clinic to do colonic hydrotherapy and the staff were amazing and very polite, especially my assistant towan! He guided me throughout the entire process and was a pleasure to be with. My nurses were also very comforting and I felt like I was in safe hands. My consult with the doctor was also very informative as she had explained many things i was not aware about. She was also determined to find the root cause of my issues, not just give me a quick fix like other doctors. They gave me soup and probiotics after the procedure and it was also amazing. I could not be happier with the service!
The doctor and nurses gave me excellent advice and care. Now I feel like I have a new body.
