Terms & Conditions
Doodeena (https://doodeena.com/)
Effective Date: July 23, 2026 Last Updated: July 23, 2026
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the website https://doodeena.com/ and all related content, features, and services (collectively, the “Platform” or “Services”) operated by Doodeena (“Doodeena,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a company registered in the Kingdom of Thailand.
By accessing, browsing, or using the Platform in any way, including submitting an inquiry form, creating an account, or listing a clinic, you (“User,” “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1 These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Doodeena under the laws of Thailand.
1.2 The Platform is used by two general categories of users: – General Users / Medical Tourists: individuals browsing clinics, comparing treatments, reading blog content, or submitting inquiries. – Clinic Partners: aesthetic, medical, and wellness clinics that list, claim, or advertise their business on the Platform, including through paid marketing packages.
1.3 Clinic Partners are additionally bound by any separate listing agreement, insertion order, or advertising order form signed with Doodeena. Where a conflict exists between such an agreement and these Terms, the specific agreement governs for that Clinic Partner’s commercial arrangement, and these Terms govern all other matters.
1.4 We may update these Terms from time to time in accordance with Section 16. Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Definitions
- “Platform” means the website doodeena.com, its content, tools, and any associated mobile or web application.
- “Clinic” or “Clinic Partner” means a third-party aesthetic, medical, dental, or wellness business listed on the Platform.
- “Listing” means a Clinic’s profile page, including descriptions, pricing, images, credentials, and treatment information.
- “Content” means all text, images, articles, reviews, pricing, and other material appearing on the Platform, whether submitted by Doodeena, a Clinic Partner, or a User.
- “Inquiry” means a contact form submission, booking request, or message sent by a User to a Clinic through the Platform.
- “Applicable Law” means the laws, regulations, and binding notifications of the Kingdom of Thailand, including but not limited to the Civil and Commercial Code, the Consumer Protection Act B.E. 2522 (1979), the Unfair Contract Terms Act B.E. 2540 (1997), the Electronic Transactions Act B.E. 2544 (2001), the Computer-Related Crime Act B.E. 2550 (2007), the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019), the Medical Facility Act B.E. 2541 (1998) as amended, and related ministerial notifications.
3. Platform Scope and Medical Disclaimer
This section is fundamental to the relationship between Doodeena and its Users and Clinic Partners.
3.1 Doodeena is an informational directory and comparison platform only. Doodeena is not a hospital, clinic, medical practice, pharmacy, or healthcare provider. Doodeena does not employ, supervise, or control any physician, nurse, dentist, or other medical or aesthetic practitioner.
3.2 Doodeena does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All articles, comparisons, guides, pricing tables, and blog content published on the Platform are provided for general informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the Platform should be interpreted as: – a medical recommendation or endorsement of any specific treatment, product, or provider; – a substitute for a consultation with a licensed physician or qualified healthcare professional; or – a guarantee, prediction, or representation of any treatment outcome, result, or safety profile.
3.3 No doctor-patient relationship is created through use of the Platform, submission of an Inquiry, or reading of any Content. Any such relationship, if formed, exists exclusively and directly between the User and the Clinic the User chooses to contact or visit.
3.4 All medical decisions rest solely with the User and the Clinic. Before undergoing any treatment, procedure, or consultation, Users are strongly advised to: – consult directly and in person with a licensed medical professional at the chosen Clinic; – independently verify the Clinic’s medical facility license under the Medical Facility Act B.E. 2541 (1998), as amended, and the practitioner’s registration with the Medical Council of Thailand or other relevant professional body; – disclose their full and accurate medical history to the Clinic; and – ask the Clinic directly about risks, contraindications, expected outcomes, and total costs before consenting to any procedure.
3.5 Doodeena makes no representation that any treatment described on the Platform is suitable, safe, or appropriate for any individual User.
4. Eligibility and Account Registration
4.1 You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your home jurisdiction, and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the Platform.
4.2 Where an account is required, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
4.3 Doodeena reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that contains false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
5. Third-Party Clinics and Disclaimer of Liability
5.1 Clinics listed on Doodeena are independent third parties. They are not employees, agents, partners, joint venturers, or representatives of Doodeena. Each Clinic is solely responsible for its own operations, staffing, licensing, pricing, medical protocols, and the care it provides.
5.2 Meaning of “verified.” Where a Listing is marked as “verified” or similar, this indicates only that Doodeena has taken reasonable administrative steps to confirm that the Clinic submitted business registration and/or medical facility licensing documentation at the time of listing or renewal. It is not: – a guarantee of the Clinic’s ongoing legal compliance; – an endorsement of the quality, safety, or outcome of any treatment; or – a warranty that the Clinic’s practitioners currently hold valid professional registration.
Users are encouraged to independently confirm a Clinic’s current license status directly with the Ministry of Public Health, the Medical Council of Thailand, or the relevant professional body before booking any treatment.
5.3 Doodeena is not responsible or liable for: – the quality, safety, legality, or outcome of any medical or aesthetic treatment provided by a Clinic; – injury, complications, dissatisfaction, or any other harm arising from a treatment obtained through a Clinic found on the Platform; – the accuracy, currency, or completeness of information a Clinic submits about itself, its staff, or its services; – any Clinic’s compliance or non-compliance with Thai licensing, professional conduct, or advertising regulations; – billing, refund, cancellation, or rescheduling disputes between a User and a Clinic; or – any contract, transaction, or agreement formed directly between a User and a Clinic.
5.4 Pricing is indicative only. Prices, packages, and promotions displayed on the Platform are supplied by Clinics and are subject to change by the Clinic at any time without notice to Doodeena. Users must confirm final pricing, inclusions, and any applicable taxes or fees directly with the Clinic before booking or paying for any treatment. Doodeena does not process payments for medical or aesthetic treatments and is not a party to any such transaction.
6. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use
6.1 Accurate submissions. When submitting an Inquiry, contact form, review, or account information, you agree to provide truthful, accurate, and current information. Submitting false contact details or a fraudulent Inquiry to a Clinic is a breach of these Terms.
6.2 Prohibited conduct. You agree not to: – scrape, crawl, harvest, or extract data from the Platform using automated tools, bots, or scripts without Doodeena’s prior written consent; – send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or fraudulent Inquiries to Clinics or other Users; – impersonate any person, Clinic, or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity; – submit a false or fraudulent claim to “own” or manage a Clinic Listing that does not belong to you; – upload viruses, malware, or any code designed to disrupt or damage the Platform; – copy, reproduce, or republish Platform Content without authorization (see Section 10); – attempt to gain unauthorized access to Platform systems, accounts, or data; or – use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Applicable Law, including the Computer-Related Crime Act B.E. 2550 (2007).
6.3 Doodeena may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, remove content, and where required by law, report conduct to the relevant Thai authorities.
7. Clinic Listing and Advertising Terms
This section applies to Clinics that list, claim, or purchase advertising or marketing services on the Platform (“Clinic Partners”).
7.1 Accuracy and Licensing Obligations
Each Clinic Partner represents and warrants that: – it holds a valid medical facility license under the Medical Facility Act B.E. 2541 (1998), as amended, or other license appropriate to the services it offers; – all practitioners it identifies as performing treatments hold current, valid professional registration with the Medical Council of Thailand, Dental Council, Nursing Council, or other applicable professional body; – all information submitted for its Listing, including treatment descriptions, pricing, before-and-after images, staff credentials, and certifications, is accurate, current, and not misleading; and – it will promptly update its Listing when pricing, staff, services, or licensing status changes.
7.2 Advertising Compliance
- Clinic Partners are solely responsible for ensuring that any promotional or advertising content they submit to Doodeena complies with Applicable Law, including Section 38 of the Medical Facility Act (as amended by the Medical Facility Act (No. 4) B.E. 2559 (2016)), which requires advance approval of medical facility advertisements from the Department of Health Service Support before publication, and any applicable Thai FDA or Medical Council rules on advertising of medical treatments, devices, or practitioners.
- Clinic Partners agree not to submit content containing prohibited, unsubstantiated, or absolute claims (for example, claims of being the “best,” “No. 1,” “guaranteed,” “completely safe,” or “miracle” results), and not to submit content that disparages a competitor without objective, non-branded supporting evidence, consistent with Thai advertising regulations for medical and aesthetic services.
- Doodeena does not review or verify Clinic Partner content for regulatory advertising approval and makes no representation that any published Listing has obtained the necessary government approvals. This responsibility rests entirely with the Clinic Partner.
- Doodeena reserves the right, but has no obligation, to edit, reject, suspend, or remove any Listing or advertising content that it reasonably believes may violate Applicable Law or these Terms, at its sole discretion and without liability to the Clinic Partner.
7.3 Sponsored Listings and Marketing Services
- Fees, duration, placement, and cancellation terms for sponsored listings, featured placements, or other paid marketing services are set out in a separate order form, invoice, or written agreement between Doodeena and the Clinic Partner.
- Doodeena does not guarantee any specific volume of traffic, Inquiries, bookings, search ranking, or business outcome from any paid or unpaid Listing.
- Doodeena may suspend or remove a Listing for non-payment, expiry or suspension of the Clinic’s medical facility license, unresolved User complaints, or where continued publication poses a legal or reputational risk to Doodeena.
7.4 Claiming a Listing
A Clinic seeking to claim an existing, unclaimed Listing must provide documentation reasonably sufficient to establish ownership or authorized representation of the Clinic (for example, business registration documents or a medical facility license). Doodeena may refuse or revoke a claim it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent.
8. Reviews and User-Generated Content
8.1 Users may submit reviews, ratings, or comments about their experience with a Clinic. Reviews must reflect a genuine experience and must not be defamatory, fraudulent, or submitted in exchange for undisclosed compensation from a Clinic.
8.2 Doodeena may moderate, edit for formatting, decline to publish, or remove any User-generated content that violates these Terms or Applicable Law, but is not obligated to pre-screen all content and is not responsible for the accuracy of User-submitted reviews.
8.3 By submitting a review or other content, you grant Doodeena a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, display, and adapt that content for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the Platform.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
9.1 The Doodeena name, logo, brand assets, website design, software, source code, database structure, and all original articles, guides, and blog content published by Doodeena are the property of Doodeena or its licensors and are protected under the Copyright Act B.E. 2537 (1994), the Trademark Act B.E. 2534 (1991), as amended, and applicable international treaties.
9.2 Users may view and browse the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. No part of the Platform’s proprietary Content, design, or software may be copied, reproduced, republished, scraped, distributed, or used to build a competing product without Doodeena’s prior written consent.
9.3 Clinic Partners retain ownership of the trademarks, logos, and original images they submit, but grant Doodeena a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and use such materials on the Platform and in related marketing for as long as the Listing remains active. Each Clinic Partner warrants that it owns, or has obtained all necessary permissions to use, any content it submits.
10. Privacy and Personal Data
10.1 Doodeena collects and processes personal data, including information submitted through Inquiry forms, in accordance with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) and Doodeena’s separate Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.
10.2 Where a User submits an Inquiry to a Clinic, the relevant personal data is shared with that Clinic solely for the purpose of responding to the Inquiry, based on the User’s consent given at the point of submission.
10.3 Users have rights under the PDPA, including the right to access, correct, and request deletion of their personal data, and the right to withdraw consent at any time, subject to the procedures described in the Privacy Policy. Users may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) of Thailand.
10.4 Please refer to the Doodeena Privacy Policy for full details on data collection, use, retention, cross-border transfer, and cookies.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, the Platform and all Content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, completeness, availability, uninterrupted operation, security, or fitness for a particular purpose. Doodeena does not warrant that Clinic information, pricing, or availability displayed on the Platform is error-free or current at all times.
12. Limitation of Liability
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, Doodeena, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to: – your use of, or inability to use, the Platform; – any treatment, procedure, or service obtained from a Clinic found through the Platform; – reliance on any information, Listing, or Content published on the Platform; or – any conduct or content of a third party, including a Clinic Partner or another User.
12.2 To the extent permitted by Applicable Law, Doodeena’s aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount, if any, paid directly by the claimant to Doodeena in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Thai law, including under the Unfair Contract Terms Act B.E. 2540 (1997), or liability arising from Doodeena’s own gross negligence or willful misconduct.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Doodeena, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs, including legal fees, arising out of or related to: – your breach of these Terms or Applicable Law; – Content you submit to the Platform, including reviews and Clinic Listing content; – for Clinic Partners, the medical or aesthetic treatment provided to any User, professional negligence, or failure to obtain any required regulatory or advertising approval; or – your infringement of any third-party right, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
14. Termination and Suspension
14.1 Doodeena may suspend or terminate a User’s or Clinic Partner’s access to the Platform, in whole or in part, at its discretion, where it reasonably believes these Terms or Applicable Law have been violated, where fraud is suspected, or where required by law.
14.2 Users may stop using the Platform, and Clinic Partners may request removal of a Listing, at any time, subject to any separate notice period agreed in a Clinic Partner’s listing or advertising agreement.
14.3 Sections 5, 7, 9, 10, 12, 13, 17, and 18 survive termination of these Terms or of any account.
15. Changes to These Terms
Doodeena may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. For material changes, Doodeena will make reasonable efforts to notify Users and Clinic Partners, such as by email or a notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
16.1 These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, including their existence, validity, or termination, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, without regard to conflict of law principles.
16.2 The parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith through direct negotiation.
16.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Thailand.
16.4 Nothing in this section limits any right a consumer may have under the Consumer Protection Act B.E. 2522 (1979) to bring a complaint before the Office of the Consumer Protection Board or another competent Thai authority.
17. Miscellaneous
- Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable under Applicable Law, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
- Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any signed Clinic Partner agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Doodeena regarding the Platform.
- No Waiver. Doodeena’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of its right to do so later.
- Assignment. Doodeena may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Users and Clinic Partners may not assign these Terms without Doodeena’s prior written consent.
- Force Majeure. Doodeena is not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control.

We do not require you to disclose detailed medical history to browse the Platform. Any health-related details are provided at your own discretion when contacting a Clinic, and you should limit what you share to what is necessary for the Clinic to respond to your inquiry.
4. Sensitive Personal Data
Some information submitted through inquiry forms, such as the specific treatment or medical condition you mention, may constitute “sensitive personal data” under Section 26 of the PDPA, which covers health-related data among other categories.
- We only collect and process this category of data with your explicit consent, given at the point you submit the relevant form.
- We use sensitive personal data solely to route your inquiry to the Clinic you selected and, where applicable, to respond to your questions.
- We do not use sensitive personal data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond what you have consented to.
- You may withdraw consent at any time as described in Section 9, although this may affect our ability to process a related inquiry that is already in progress.
5. How We Collect Personal Data
We collect personal data: – directly from you, when you submit an inquiry form, create an account, leave a review, contact our support team, or apply to list or claim a Clinic; – automatically, through cookies, analytics tools, and similar technologies when you use the Platform (see Section 10); and – from Clinic Partners, where a Clinic provides us with business or staff information for its Listing.
6. Legal Bases for Processing
We process personal data on one or more of the following legal bases recognized under the PDPA:
- Consent, for example when you submit a treatment inquiry containing health-related details, or opt in to marketing communications.
- Performance of a contract, for example to manage a Clinic Partner’s Listing or subscription.
- Legitimate interests, for example to maintain the security of the Platform, prevent fraud, and improve our services, provided this does not override your fundamental rights.
- Legal obligation, for example to respond to a lawful request from a Thai regulatory authority.
Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
7. How We Use Your Personal Data

8. How We Share Your Personal Data
We do not sell personal data. We may share personal data in the following circumstances:
- With Clinic Partners. When you submit an inquiry to a specific Clinic, we share the relevant contact and message details, including any sensitive personal data you chose to include, with that Clinic so it can respond to you.
- With service providers. We use third-party providers for hosting, analytics, email delivery, customer support, and similar functions. These providers process personal data on our behalf and only as instructed by us, under appropriate data processing arrangements.
- For legal reasons. We may disclose personal data where required by Thai law, court order, or a valid request from a competent government authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Doodeena, our users, or the public.
- In a business transfer. If Doodeena is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, personal data may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy or a successor policy.
We require our service providers and any recipient of personal data to apply security and confidentiality obligations consistent with the PDPA.
9. Your Rights Under the PDPA
Subject to the exceptions and conditions set out in the PDPA, you have the right to:
- Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectify inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
- Erase or anonymize your personal data in certain circumstances.
- Restrict the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances.
- Object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interests or for direct marketing.
- Data portability, to receive certain personal data in a structured, commonly used format, or to have it transferred to another controller where technically feasible.
- Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.
- Lodge a complaint with the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) of Thailand if you believe we have not complied with the PDPA.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 20. We will respond within the timeframe required under the PDPA. We may need to verify your identity before actioning a request, and some rights are subject to exceptions under the PDPA, for example where retention is required by law.
10. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Platform, remember preferences, understand how visitors use the Platform, and, where you consent, deliver relevant marketing.
- Strictly necessary cookies are used to operate core Platform functions and do not require consent.
- Analytics and performance cookies help us understand usage patterns and are used only with your consent, where required.

You can manage or withdraw cookie consent at any time through the cookie banner or your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect Platform functionality.
11. Cross-Border Data Transfers
Where personal data is transferred outside Thailand, for example to a cloud hosting or analytics provider located overseas, we take steps required under Sections 28 and 29 of the PDPA to ensure the transfer is lawful. This may include confirming the destination country or organization provides an adequate standard of data protection, relying on approved safeguards such as standard contractual clauses, or obtaining your explicit consent to the transfer after informing you of the relevant data protection standards.
12. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, including to respond to your inquiry, maintain your account, comply with legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary depending on the type of data and the purpose of processing. When personal data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.
13. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure, consistent with the security standards required under the PDPA. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
14. Data Breach Notification
In the event of a personal data breach, we will assess the risk to affected individuals’ rights and freedoms and, where required, notify the Office of the PDPC without undue delay and, where feasible, within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach. Where a breach is likely to result in a high risk to your rights and freedoms, we will also notify you without undue delay, together with information about the breach and the steps we are taking in response.
15. Children’s Privacy
The Platform is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18 without appropriate consent from a parent or legal guardian, where required under the PDPA. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data without appropriate consent, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
16. Third-Party Links
The Platform may contain links to Clinic websites, social media pages, or other third-party sites. This Policy does not apply to those third-party sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy notices before providing personal data to them.
17. Data Protection Officer and Privacy Contact
Doodeena has assessed that its current processing activities do not meet the thresholds under Section 41 of the PDPA that require the mandatory appointment of a Data Protection Officer. We will appoint one if that assessment changes. In the meantime, you may direct any privacy question, concern, or rights request to the contact details in Section 20.
18. Complaints to the PDPC
If you believe your personal data rights have been violated, you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) of Thailand, in addition to contacting us directly.
19. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you, such as through a notice on the Platform or by email.

Cookie Policy
Doodeena (https://doodeena.com/)
Effective Date: July 24, 2026 Last Updated: July 24, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Doodeena (“Doodeena,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on https://doodeena.com/ (the “Platform”), how long they last, and the choices available to you. This Policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy and forms part of it. It is issued in accordance with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (“PDPA”) and the applicable guidelines of the Personal Data Protection Committee (“PDPC”) on consent and notification.
1. What Are Cookies
A cookie is a small text file, sometimes encrypted, that a website sends to your browser and that your browser stores on your device. The file is sent back to the website each time you request a page, which allows the website to recognize your browser and remember information about your visit.
Cookies let the Platform load faster, keep you logged in where applicable, remember your preferences, and give us statistical insight into how visitors use the site so we can improve it. We also use related technologies such as pixels, tags, and local storage, which this Policy refers to collectively as “cookies.”
Where a cookie can identify you, directly or indirectly, alone or combined with other information, it is treated as personal data under the PDPA and is handled in line with this Policy and our Privacy Policy.
2. Categories of Cookies We Use
| Category | What it does | Can you decline it? |
|---|---|---|
| Essential / Strictly Necessary | Needed for the Platform to work: page navigation, form submission, load balancing, and security. Without these, core features such as sending an inquiry to a Clinic would not function. | No, these cannot be switched off, as they are exempt under the PDPA as necessary to provide the service you requested |
| Functional | Remember choices such as your general location, so that clinic prices or contact numbers can be shown in a locally relevant format | Yes |
| Analytics | Give us statistical information about how visitors move through the Platform, for example which pages are viewed and the path taken before submitting an inquiry, so we can improve the site | Yes |
| Marketing | Support the promotion of Doodeena on other websites and platforms and let us measure how our marketing campaigns are performing | Yes |
| Ad Personalization | Allow limited, encrypted data to be shared with advertising partners so that the ads you see on other platforms are more relevant to you | Yes |
We keep Analytics, Marketing, and Ad Personalization as separate choices in our cookie preference center rather than a single combined toggle, so you can decide on each independently, consistent with the PDPC’s guidance that consent be granular and purpose-specific.
3. How Long Our Cookies Last
Cookie lifespans vary by purpose. As a general guide:
- Functional cookies that remember how you interact with the site typically expire within one to seven days. Cookies that remember your general location or device setting typically last around one month.
- Analytics cookies are a mix of session cookies, which are cleared when you close your browser, and longer-lived cookies that can persist for up to two years so that returning visitors can be recognized across sessions. The exact duration depends on the analytics tool in use.
- Marketing and Ad Personalization cookies typically last anywhere from ninety days up to two years, depending on the advertising platform.
- Our login/authentication cookie, where applicable, expires after thirty days.
- Our cookie consent record, which remembers the choices you made in the cookie banner, is kept for up to twelve months so that we do not need to re-prompt you on every visit within that period.
These figures are indicative. The table in Section 4 should be completed with the exact cookies deployed on the live site.
4. Cookies Used on This Site

5. Statistical and Server Log Data
Separately from cookies, our servers automatically record certain technical details each time you visit the Platform, such as your IP address, browser and operating system type, and an approximate geographic location derived from that IP address. This information is used in aggregate for site security, performance monitoring, and fraud prevention. Where practical, it is not combined with your name or contact details for this purpose, and it is generally retained for no longer than twelve months.
6. Analytics Tools
Where you consent to Analytics cookies, we may use a web analytics service, such as Google Analytics, to understand how the Platform is used. Information collected through this kind of tool can include a shortened or anonymized IP address, the date and time of your visit, pages viewed, the path you took through the site, the website that referred you, and general information about your browser and device. This data helps us understand aggregate usage patterns and is not used by us to identify you individually. You can read more about how such providers handle data in their own privacy policies, for example Google’s Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
7. Advertising and Ad Personalization
Where you consent to Marketing cookies, Doodeena may use services such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, and TikTok Ads to promote the Platform, show you more relevant ads on other websites and apps, and measure how our campaigns are performing. These providers may place their own cookies or pixels through the Platform to recognize your browser and build a general profile of your interests based on the pages you view and the ads you interact with.
Data shared with these advertising partners through such cookies is limited to standard technical identifiers, such as a browser or device identifier, an ad clicked, and a session or client identifier. We do not share the content of your inquiry, your treatment interests, or any health-related information with these advertising partners as part of this process.
Ad Personalization remains switched off unless you actively opt in through our cookie preference center, and declining it will not affect your ability to submit an inquiry or otherwise use the Platform.
You can also manage ad personalization directly with these providers: – Google: through My Ad Center, accessible from your Google Account settings – Meta: through the Ad Preferences section of your Accounts Center – TikTok: through Ad Preferences in your in-app privacy settings
8. How We Obtain Your Consent
In line with Section 19 of the PDPA and the PDPC’s guidance on consent, our cookie banner and preference center are designed so that:
- Consent is opt-in. Non-essential cookies are not set until you actively agree to them. Continuing to browse the site does not count as consent.
- “Accept All” and “Reject All” carry equal visual weight. Declining non-essential cookies is exactly as easy as accepting them.
- Consent is granular. You can accept or reject each category described in Section 2 separately, rather than facing a single all-or-nothing choice.
- Consent is not bundled. Agreeing to cookies is requested separately from accepting our Terms and Conditions.
- No box is pre-ticked. Every non-essential category starts unselected.
- Consent is logged. We keep a record of the choices you make, including the date, the categories selected, and the version of this Policy shown to you, so we can demonstrate compliance if the PDPC requests it.
9. Managing or Withdrawing Your Consent
You can change your mind at any time by reopening the cookie preference center, usually available through a “Cookie Settings” link in the site footer, or by adjusting your browser settings as described below. Withdrawing consent is as simple as giving it and does not affect the lawfulness of anything already processed before you withdrew. If you decline or later withdraw consent to non-essential cookies, some features, such as localized pricing display or personalized content, may not work as intended.
10. Managing Cookies Through Your Browser
Most browsers let you view, block, or delete cookies directly, including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, Brave, and Opera. Settings differ by browser and device, so please check your browser’s own help documentation for exact steps. Note that blocking essential cookies at the browser level may stop parts of the Platform, including inquiry forms, from working correctly.
11. Changes to This Policy
We review this Cookie Policy periodically and post any updates to this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. This version was last updated in July 2026. Where a change materially affects the cookies we use or their purpose, we will prompt you to review your consent choices again.

User Policy
Doodeena (https://doodeena.com/)
Effective Date: July 23, 2026 Last Updated: July 23, 2026
This User Policy sets out the rules for using https://doodeena.com/ (the “Platform”), including how to submit inquiries, write reviews, and interact with Clinic Partners and other Users. It applies to everyone who browses, registers on, or submits content to the Platform, and it forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy. Where this Policy and the Terms and Conditions overlap, both apply, and in the event of any direct conflict, the Terms and Conditions govern.
1. Who This Policy Applies To
This Policy applies to: – General Users and medical tourists browsing the Platform, submitting inquiries, or leaving reviews. – Registered account holders, where accounts are enabled. – Clinic Partners, in respect of any review, comment, or content they post as a user of the Platform, separate from their obligations as a Clinic Partner under the Terms and Conditions.
2. Your Account
Where the Platform allows you to create an account, you agree to: – provide accurate and current information when registering; – keep your login credentials confidential and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account; – use only one account per person, unless we approve otherwise; and – not create an account on behalf of another person without their permission, or impersonate any individual, clinic, or organization.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches this Policy or our Terms and Conditions.
3. Acceptable Use of the Platform
You may use Doodeena to research clinics and treatments, compare options, and contact Clinic Partners with genuine questions or booking interest. In doing so, you agree not to:
- scrape, crawl, harvest, or extract data from the Platform using automated tools, bots, or scripts without our prior written consent;
- send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or repeated fraudulent inquiries to Clinic Partners or other Users;
- impersonate any person, business, or organization, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
- submit a false or fraudulent claim to own, manage, or represent a Clinic Listing that is not yours;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data on the Platform;
- upload viruses, malware, or code intended to disrupt or damage the Platform;
- circumvent security features, rate limits, or access controls;
- use the Platform to harass, threaten, or intimidate a Clinic Partner, staff member, or other User; or
- use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that breaches Applicable Law, including the Computer-Related Crime Act B.E. 2550 (2007).
Breach of this section may result in content removal, account suspension or termination, and, where required by law, referral to the relevant Thai authorities.
4. Submitting Inquiries to Clinics
When you submit an inquiry, contact form, or booking request to a Clinic Partner through the Platform, you agree to: – provide truthful and accurate contact information, so the Clinic can respond to you; – only share health-related details you are comfortable disclosing to that Clinic, and limit these to what is relevant to your inquiry (see our Privacy Policy for how this information is used); and – refrain from submitting fraudulent, duplicate, or bad-faith inquiries, including inquiries intended to disrupt a Clinic’s operations or gather information for a competing business.
5. Reviews and Ratings
Reviews help other users make informed decisions and help Clinic Partners improve. We want reviews on Doodeena to be genuine, fair, and useful.
5.1 What We Expect From a Review
A review should: – reflect your own, first-hand experience with the Clinic or treatment; – be honest and based on facts you can support if asked; – focus on the treatment, service, staff conduct, pricing, or facility, rather than unrelated matters; and – avoid sharing another identifiable person’s private or sensitive information without their consent, including staff members or other patients.
5.2 Prohibited Review Content
You must not submit a review that: – is fabricated, or describes an experience you did not actually have; – was written, edited, or influenced in exchange for payment, discounts, or other incentive from a Clinic, without clearly disclosing that relationship; – was posted by a Clinic about a competitor, whether directly or through a third party, without disclosing the conflict of interest; – makes a false statement of fact about a Clinic, its staff, or its treatments, including unverified claims of fraud, malpractice, or use of unlicensed products or practitioners; – contains hate speech, threats, harassment, or content that targets a named individual rather than addressing the service received; – infringes someone else’s intellectual property, for example by using another person’s photos without permission; or – is spam, irrelevant to the Clinic being reviewed, or posted purely to manipulate search rankings.
5.3 Your Legal Responsibility for What You Post
Please keep in mind that Thailand’s defamation and cybercrime laws apply to reviews posted on Doodeena, the same as they would on any public platform.
- Under Sections 326 to 328 of the Thai Criminal Code, a statement that damages another person’s or business’s reputation, and is shared with a third party, can amount to criminal defamation, even where the statement is true, if it exposes the subject to hatred or contempt without justification. Publication online typically falls under the more serious offense in Section 328.
- Under Section 14(1) of the Computer-Related Crime Act B.E. 2550 (2007), inputting false information into a computer system in a way likely to cause damage to another person or the public is a separate criminal offense.
- Thai courts have upheld both criminal convictions and civil damages awards against individuals over reviews found to be false or unjustifiably damaging, including cases directly involving clinics and medical businesses.
- Being an anonymous or first-time reviewer does not provide protection. A Clinic Partner who believes a review is false or defamatory may pursue a complaint against the reviewer directly, and may request the reviewer’s identifying information through the appropriate legal process.
We are not able to give you legal advice about a specific review, and this section is provided for your general awareness. If a review makes a serious factual allegation, such as a claim of fraud, malpractice, or use of unlicensed staff or products, make sure you can support that claim with facts before posting it. Describing a disappointing outcome, poor communication, or a pricing disagreement based on your own experience is generally lower risk than alleging wrongdoing you cannot substantiate.
5.4 Moderation and Removal
- We may review, moderate, edit for formatting or clarity, decline to publish, or remove any review or other content that we reasonably believe violates this Policy or Applicable Law, but we are not obligated to pre-screen every submission before it appears.
- A Clinic Partner who disputes a review may contact us to raise a concern. We will assess the dispute against this Policy and may request supporting information from either party. We are not a court and do not adjudicate factual disputes between a User and a Clinic; where a dispute cannot be resolved through moderation, either party may need to pursue it through the appropriate legal channel.
- We may allow a Clinic Partner to publicly respond to a review.
- Where required by Applicable Law, we may be obligated to remove specified content within a fixed period following a valid government or court notification.
5.5 Reporting a Review
If you believe a review violates this Policy, you can report it using the reporting option on the review or by contacting us at the details in Section 9.
6. Ownership and License for Content You Submit
You retain ownership of the reviews, comments, and other content you submit to the Platform. By submitting content, you confirm that you have the right to share it, and you grant Doodeena a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, sublicensable license to host, display, reproduce, and adapt that content for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the Platform, consistent with the Intellectual Property section of our Terms and Conditions.
7. Reporting Violations or Abuse
If you come across a fraudulent Clinic Listing, a fake review, suspected abuse of the Platform, or content that concerns you for any other reason, please report it to us using the contact details in Section 9. Where relevant, please include links, screenshots, or other details that help us investigate. We review reports on a reasonable-efforts basis and will take appropriate action under this Policy where a violation is confirmed.
8. Enforcement
Depending on the nature and severity of a violation of this Policy, we may take one or more of the following actions, at our discretion: – request that content be corrected or removed; – remove the content ourselves; – issue a warning to the account holder; – suspend or terminate an account or Listing; and – where required by Applicable Law, cooperate with a request from a competent Thai authority, or refer the matter to law enforcement.
We aim to apply this Policy consistently, but we retain discretion to act proportionately based on the circumstances of each case.

By using doodeena.com, including submitting an inquiry, creating an account, or posting a review, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to follow this User Policy.
