My first impression was excellent from the consultation with Dr. First. He carefully examined my eyelids and honestly explained the pros and cons of fillers versus fat grafting. He patiently answered every question and never rushed me into making a decision. In fact, he even suggested I wait another 3–6 months before deciding on eyelid filler treatment if I wanted to. That honesty and professionalism really impressed me.
After the procedure, I honestly could not believe the results. Dr. First was patient and meticulous throughout the treatment. I expected significant swelling, but surprisingly, there was very little, and I was able to go out right away afterward.
What stood out the most was that there was absolutely no pressure to buy treatments from the front desk unlike many other clinics I’ve visited in Thailand.
