Tried the “Glam & Glow” facial treatment — and honestly, it was an average experience for me.
The treatment was around 90 minutes, and while the place itself looked nice, I personally didn’t feel the service matched
One thing I’ve noticed with many salons in Bangkok is that language can become a challenge. Most communication happens through Google Translate, which makes it difficult to fully understand the treatment, products being used, or even communicate your preferences properly.
The therapist who did my facial wasn’t bad, but the experience lacked the personal touch. The facial massage was not done very well, and throughout the session, I wasn’t informed about what products were being applied to my face — which I personally feel is important during a facial experience.
Overall:
✔️ Nice ambiance
✔️ Decent treatment setup
But:
❌ Language barrier affects the experience
❌ Facial massage was not upto the mark technique wasn’t impressive
❌ Lack of communication during the treatment
My honest takeaway:
Do your research properly before booking salon/spa treatments in Bangkok. A lot of places look incredible on Instagram and reviews can sometimes be misleading. Not every viral place delivers a luxury experience in reality.
Not a terrible experience — just not something I would personally rave about.
The clinic is clean and the atmosphere is very relaxing. I had the Ozona x face detox program and I feel like my dark spots and redness have faded. I even fell asleep during the treatment. My skin felt much better when I woke up. I highly recommend it for anyone with dark spots and redness. I’ll definitely go back again! 🫶🏻😭🩷

This is my second visit, and the service has been consistently excellent, from my first visit until now. The staff are lovely and very polite. They constantly ask if I’m okay and welcome feedback if anything isn’t. This has become my favorite clinic! 5555
The clinic is clean, easy to get to, and they don’t try to push any packages. You can choose the program you want and book your appointment with the staff. I opted for the acne heal + biolight program. The staff were very thorough with the acne extraction, and my face felt so comfortable. I didn’t get any clogged pores after the treatment.

1st time trying this facial while my friend decided to go for some aesthetic treatment.
I booked via line and also read abt their treatment online. The booking was smooth and confirmed really quickly. I booked “Forever Young”
The treatment was really good and as per their website stated, from step 1 to the end.
I had a comfortable rest while fixing my face. My face glow and it was really smooth after the treatment
Just a bit of comment, it would have been a great experience if the staff could communicate with me a little more and share with me abt the steps and also the condition of my face. That’s what it was missing. I went in quietly and left quietly with almost no communication.
Also, maybe the room lighting can be a bit more cosy? I couldn’t rest well cos of the white lights ard.
But overall, it was great and i will come back again to do my facial hair when i am back in BKK.
I come here regularly for acne extraction. The staff are always friendly and the clinic is clean. They always have interesting promotions. I’m very impressed!
