I had temple filler done at the Central Rama 2 branch and was very impressed. Dr. Pan had a very gentle touch; it didn’t hurt at all. My face looks much better after the procedure. I’m very happy with the results.

Dr. Pan has a very gentle touch; the injection was painless. She’s very professional and gave excellent advice and consultation.

I get Botox injections with Dr. Kwang every 6 months. My wrinkles are noticeably tighter, and Dr. Kwang has a very gentle touch. The service at the V Square branch in Central Rama 2 is excellent; all the staff are very attentive, helpful, and provide great advice.
This was a terrible experience.
– During Songkran, we were in another province and rarely come home, so we came to this clinic (we usually use a different branch).
– Our purpose for coming was to brighten our complexion because of dark circles under our eyes, and we had an event to attend, so we wanted our skin to look good.
– The doctor recommended a skin brightening injection (which we had never wanted to try before; we usually use other injections). But we trusted the brand, so we decided to try it. The doctor also warned us that the results would only last about two weeks and required maintenance. We agreed because we needed our face for the event in about a week.
– After the injection, our under-eyes are still dark, with visible lines. The injection marks haven’t disappeared. The clinic initially said it would gradually improve, but it’s gotten darker. Today, six days later, there’s no sign of improvement. It’s like we’ve been punched in the eye. We’re so disappointed in our appearance; we don’t even want to look in the mirror. Normally, we go to work without makeup, but now we have to wear a mask and pull it up to cover our under-eyes.
We spent money hoping to improve our appearance for the event, but now we’re stressed and depressed about this. One injection cost almost 10,000 baht. We regret the money spent so much. It’s like paying for blemishes on my face, and this medication doesn’t last long because it’s a mesotherapy product. Instead of brightening my skin, I got this result. It’s not just general darkening; it’s clearly visible as abnormal blemishes on my face, which I’m very unhappy about. I’m extremely disappointed with this experience.
– Another thing I’m unhappy about is that the clinic didn’t provide any medication. Even the anti-swelling cream that you get from other branches for general procedures wasn’t given to me.
(I contacted the clinic about two issues)
1. Regarding the medication > I explained that I didn’t receive anything. The clinic agreed to let me get the medication from another branch, but I’m confused why they didn’t provide it from the start. They didn’t seem very attentive; it seemed like they just wanted to sell something. I spent over 30,000 baht that day, and the experience wasn’t good at all.
2. I mentioned the blemishes on my face. Initially, the clinic insisted that the doctor in charge of my case should handle it, which I understand. They asked me to come back to the clinic, but I explained that I live in a different province and it’s inconvenient for me to come. I asked if I could go to the branch closest to my home. Even then, the clinic still insisted that the doctor in charge of my case should handle it. Finally, after a big complaint, and after four days, they finally agreed to let us see a doctor at a branch of this clinic closer to home (but we haven’t gone yet because we have to travel and don’t live very close to any particular location).
In summary, normally, procedures we’ve had done at this clinic and others usually result in minor needle marks or scars disappearing within 1-3 days or longer, and they never darken. But this time was a huge disappointment.
Overall, this is a clinic we’ve always trusted. From now on, I’ll have to worry about anything they do there. (The other branch we usually use never had this problem. We tried switching branches because we trusted the brand, but as I said above, we’re starting to get scared and are looking for alternative clinics 🥲).
Anyway, thank you to the clinic for their action in answering our questions, and the doctor was very polite.
But overall, it was a disappointing experience. I want to warn others to inquire thoroughly about the risks involved in the procedure to avoid the same regrets as me.
