I had Botox and fillers done here. I really appreciate that the doctor didn’t try to push any new products. I felt comfortable during the consultation, and I haven’t had any problems with the injections.
I’ve been having all my procedures done here for a very long time, with Dr. Meen, Dr. Pipe, and Dr. Mo. I’ve never tried anywhere else because I trust the doctors here. They’re all very helpful and honest. I feel at ease every time I come here.
I previously had under-eye filler injections. The doctor recommended 1 cc on each side. After the injection, my left eye was much more swollen than my right (the right side was normal). I asked the doctor about it afterward because I felt my cheekbones were uneven, but the doctor said swelling was normal and would subside the next day. However, I could barely open my eyes and they felt very tight. The next evening and morning, my left eye was even more swollen, making it almost impossible to fully open my eye. Comparing the two sides, the asymmetry was clearly visible. I immediately made an appointment to see Dr. Pipe (the doctor who performed the injection). During the appointment, the doctor said he would inject filler under my eyes to soften it (only on the swollen left side). He said it wasn’t a dissolving injection (I double-checked and he confirmed it was saline solution*). After the injection, my left eye was sunken and the skin looked saggy. My face was noticeably uneven, making it impossible to use my face for a month. I wasted time, suffered mentally, and wasted money. At the time, the doctor only mentioned that it was a possible case, which I understood. However, there was no follow-up or even an apology from the clinic.
