The doctor was very kind and gave excellent advice. The staff were lovely. I was very impressed.
Personally, when I went for a consultation before I decided to have surgery, the doctor gave me good advice. After the surgery, he said there was a good medication that could help fade the scars. I wasn’t expecting it to get better the first time, but I had to go back frequently, so I decided to go back there again after seven months to have him examine me and recommend injections.
But everything was completely contrary to what he had said.
The third time I saw him, he asked me what was wrong with me.
I told him I wanted him to examine me and pointed to the surgical wound and laser treatment so he could recommend the best medication. After that, he frowned and called a nurse, saying he didn’t remember my previous patient.
He then complained and spoke without asking me again, telling me what I wanted. If I wasn’t satisfied, I should go elsewhere.
I was still confused by what he was saying, so I told him I was here to see him so I could continue my treatment. But he didn’t listen at all. It was a different story from before. He kicked me out of his clinic. I’m not treating you. Go somewhere else. I was still confused and stunned when he kicked me out, so I just exchanged glances with the nurse. The doctor just kept complaining and chasing me away. When he finished, he got up and walked out, slamming the door behind me. We were stunned because we hadn’t even told the doctor we were dissatisfied or complained about his work. This incident had kept us up all night for two days, wondering if we were wrong to go to this doctor or if we were going crazy just like the doctor.
Avoid this clinic at all costs, because they use nearly expired Botox and cheat on dosage!
I paid 3,000 baht for what was supposed to be 50 units of Nabota “premium” Botox in May, but the results on my jaw and mandible completely disappeared in just three months. Botox should last at least six months or more.
When I checked the photo I took of the botox package and the serial number on the day of injection, I found out it was produced in 2023 and was already close to expiring. Even worse, they opened a 100-unit bottle but only claimed to inject me with 50 units , which means they could have given me even less than promised. This is completely unethical, dishonest, and a scam.
