In customer service, manners and facial expressions are important. I understand you’re very tired because there are so many people, but please control your expression and speak politely. You’re not young anymore.
We brought my boyfriend, who has tuberculosis, to see a doctor at this clinic. The doctor here provided excellent service; he was very polite and the service was outstanding. I hope they maintain this level of service for a long time.
I went to the emergency room for severe abdominal pain. They gave me four injections, but it didn’t help, and they didn’t even try to find other causes. They just sent me home, saying I couldn’t stay there. My appendix had ruptured! Luckily, I went to Vajira Hospital. I found out they didn’t care about my condition; they just told me to stay in pain.
On June 14, 1969, I was bitten by a cat and went to the emergency room at 11 PM. The staff were very polite and explained what I needed to do and where to go. If you’ve never been there before, you can ask questions, and no one will get angry. You might have to wait about an hour or so because there are more serious cases, which is understandable. At first, I was hesitant to go after reading reviews, fearing poor treatment, but everything was normal. You can ask the staff at the hospital about anything you don’t know.
Update June 17, 1969: I had a vaccination appointment. The staff were very helpful and lovely in every department, from the registration desk to the wound care and injection room, and the finance office. The vaccination took about half an hour in total, which was very fast.
Terrible! The nurse yelled at the patient, and the examination took so long; the patient was practically dead by the time it was over.
Last month, my mother and I came here; she broke her arm, and before we were sent to another clinic for surgery, they performed the necessary examination and first aid procedures here. Thank you for your work! Special thanks to the woman handling the insurance for foreigners – she (like everyone else, by the way) was very patient and friendly.
The clinic itself is small and not particularly cozy. We spent many hours here, and everything took a long time (although I think partly because we were waiting for the insurance company’s decision).
I had the opportunity to use the emergency room service, and everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. From the nurses at the emergency room entrance, the registration staff, the nurses inside the room, the doctors, the finance department, and the pharmacy, everyone was wonderful. There was a constant stream of patients, causing some delays in treatment, but no one was upset because all the staff were so polite and kind. Thank you so much for your heartfelt service. I hope this hospital becomes a model for all public hospitals. 🥰😘😊
My son came here for an emergency tetanus shot. Although the environment wasn’t as nice as a private hospital, the staff were very kind throughout the process.
