S45 Clinic is a prominent aesthetic and plastic surgery center in Thailand, founded by Dr. Kittisak “Tee” Wongtianchai. With over a decade of experience, the clinic has evolved from a general clinic in Phuket into a specialized high-end surgical hub in Bangkok (Sukhumvit 33). It is best known for its “Korean-style” structural surgery adapted for Southeast Asian facial structures, specifically pioneered in the field of Open Septo-Rhinoplasty. The clinic is currently expanding into a full-scale surgical hospital (S45 Hospital) scheduled to open in mid-2026.

Had an appointment at 6.00 am for a scheduled surgery. Turned up on time. The place was nice and quiet with soft music that calm me down immediately. All staff was friendly and gave a good explanation of what to expect today.
The staff were very nice and provided excellent service.
