I can’t contact the owner anymore. The clinic renovation payments, which have been outstanding for years, were supposed to be partially transferred, but they’ve disappeared again. Please help. 🙏
The salesperson was so pushy it was uncomfortable, so I ended up buying it.
However, after buying it, I couldn’t schedule an appointment as planned.
The atmosphere wasn’t great, the place wasn’t relaxing enough, and the change of clothes smelled musty.
I am a real customer. In August 2025, the spa caused injury when sand got into my ear. I requested a refund, but the spa only reimbursed me 1/4 of the amount. I still haven’t received the full refund, and it’s very difficult to contact them. I have a medical certificate and have filed a police report. I want them to take responsibility.
I initially read the reviews and it seemed good, but I’m going to avoid it. The staff at the hot sand bath were constantly chatting amongst themselves. The treatment itself was less than 30 minutes. They did a paraffin hand treatment to make it seem interesting, but it was just a way to kill time – less than 10 minutes. The massage was terrible. I tried a facial massage, and while I was getting a mask, people kept coming in and out to grab things. There was absolutely no privacy or relaxation. The sales staff were so pushy with their sales pitches that it was uncomfortable. I endured buying the treatments, but now I’m in the process of requesting a full refund. The shop is refusing, even though I’ve never used any of the services I purchased. I’m currently filing a complaint with the Consumer Protection Board.
