This clinic is very good for me. Doctor is gentle, knowledgeable, and explains things in an easy way. Nurses are friendly and helpful. I felt relaxed and safe during my visit. Thank you for the excellent service.
I was helped very well. Very friendly staff. I arrived at 8 a.m. and was back outside by 9:30. Everything went very smoothly. Excellent!! Thank you to the caregivers.❤️
Came at a 10am on a weekday as it was near my hotel, there were like 60+ people waiting. Front desk said it would take 2 hours so I left to go elsewhere.
It is more like a local clinic. If you are a tourist who has travel insurance there are other clinics to go to that don’t have such a long wait.
Saw a wonderful doctor there who spoke very good English post- a Muay Thai injury. Ascertained that my toe wasn’t broken – just swollen and infected inside the skin. Prescribed a course of antibiotics and a tetanus jab – all done within an hour. Toe has healed well after a week or so. Local Thai prices (all in for 670 baht) as it serves the local Thai community – though still very willing to help me as a young British male. Helpful, capable and friendly nurses and staff.
Likely best to arrive at around 7.30am before the clinic opens to be within the first customers as many arrive around 8am. There are two entrances – maybe best to stand/sit at the entrance facing the coffee shop as that is where most people line up. I sat on the side entrance and had to be saved by a lovely Thai lady who knew I was second in line as I arrived a 7.15am or so.
I can recommend very highly – I will aim to go again should I ever be in Chiang Mai and need to visit a clinic.
