Dr. Art analyzed my face in detail and gave excellent advice. He has a gentle touch and is very kind. The clinic has a nice atmosphere and is clean. I was very impressed.

Clinic was clean and beautifully decorated. Staff are all very kind and welcoming. I arrived late for both of my appointments but was able to be seen as soon as I arrived, no questions asked. Doctor was very polite and extremely communicative during the surgery (which was painless!) to ensure I knew what was being done and it went by fast. Highly recommend this clinic if you are looking to enhance your features in any way.

Staff: Robotic! It’s more like they do their job or you get what you paid for type of thing. They’re always on their phone the whole time I was sitting there, almost an hour waiting to see the doctor. Not even a bottle of water was offered, well not until you agreed to proceed with them and paid! That was almost an hour after in my case. 3% surcharge on you if you don’t have a local credit card or even with a travel card like WISE that has Thai currency loaded. This shows me their hospital and business ethics! Business talk only, not friendly, and hospitality is below standard for such a private clinic.
After procedure: Poor customer support! Not even one phone call to check up on you (other 3 clinics that I went to does). Except 1 day prior to your due 7-day checkup, they called to confirm the date and time. However, this doesn’t guarantee anything (my case). They contacted me again and moved my appointment in very short notice and on their terms! (If you’re flexible, good on you, but if not, it’s your loss!) This is unacceptable.
Recommendation: NO. It’s plenty of skilled doctors out there that run their own private clinic that also offer excellent service on both procedure and make you feel welcoming and look after you after you paid them.

I had endoscopic chin reduction surgery with Dr. Joe. The procedure wasn’t as scary as I thought. Afterwards, there was some swelling and tightness, as expected, but the recovery time was short. Now my face looks slimmer and my jawline is noticeably more defined. Overall, I’m very impressed! It’s amazing!
I had scarless lower eyelid surgery with Dr. Art. I was a little worried at first, but the doctor explained everything in detail, which made me feel much more at ease.
After the procedure, there was some swelling and bruising, as is normal, but recovery was quick. My under-eyes look smoother, and my face looks fresher without looking artificial. Most importantly, there are no external scars at all! I love it! 😊 If you’re hesitant, I highly recommend it.
I had buccal fat reduction and double chin surgery with Dr Joe 3 months ago. I wanted to wait for my results to settle before writing this review, and I am so pleased with my results! They looked great immediately after but even better now. I was initially worried about being a suitable candidate for buccal fat due to the stigma you see online about the surgery. Dr Joe went through a comprehensive consultation pointing out why I am and where my fat situates and explained he tightens the sutures to prevent a gaunt look. The result has been subtle but noticeable difference for myself and I no longer bite the inside of my cheeks. During the actual procedure you cannot feel anything, all staff are so comforting and kind and by day 3 I was exploring Bangkok. I would definitely recommend Dr Joe his technique is amazing!
I had buccal fat removal with Dr. Joe, and the results are great. My face looks slimmer, but be prepared for some swelling in the beginning. It takes about 1-2 weeks for it to settle down.
The good thing is that the doctor explained everything well, didn’t push any unnecessary promotions, and the results look natural. My face didn’t change so much that I wasn’t recognized. Overall, it was worth it.
