On the way to the airport, I decided to get a facial and came across this place spontaneously at the Lifestyle Mall. My mother and I both booked a treatment.
To be honest, the experience was disappointing. Unfortunately, it was not clearly explained to us what the treatment included or what was being done. Because of that, it was hard to see any real value in the service, and I would not recommend it.
We were first offered a 30-minute treatment for a certain price and then a 1-hour treatment for double the price. In the end, the session lasted around 45 minutes. The treatment itself mainly consisted of red light therapy and another procedure that was not properly explained to us.
Overall, it felt more like a money-making approach than a genuine, satisfying service. Perhaps it was a misunderstanding, but we left feeling unsatisfied.
The staff are very cute and give good advice.
