First they said they’d charge me 500tbh only for the consultation even though in the website says its free. Them, they told me that it is free only if we close a procedure with them. I asked why and they said that they had to pay for the translator as well. When I got there, there were no translator, only the doctor. In the end, I didn’t have much time as I was leaving Chiang Mai and did the botox and hyaluronic acid. I got a lump in the left side of my face and it was purple they said that it was going to disappear after around 2 weeks. After 2 weeks it was still there and then, they said it might take up to 1 month and asked me to do massages where the lump was next to my mouth. It was over 3 months and I still have a little lump and instead of removing the fine line next to my mouth, I got a new one and also, there’s a dark mark around it, kinda brownish. Everytime I complained they said that every person is different and there’s nothing they could do. The botox lost it effect after less than 2 months. I complained and they said that in every person is different but when I did the consultation they said from 4 to 6 months. Less than 2 months is a completely different thing. I asked for my money back and they said that it was not possible because they did the procedure. They said that they could remove the hyaluronic acid if I got back there, but I was already in my country and I told them that I was leaving on the next day during the consultation and of course, going back there was not possible. Also, I’m scared to go back there for any other procedure after the mess they did in my face. I spent a lot and I just got a new fine line next to my mouth, a little lump, a dark mark on my skin and a botox thst didn’t work. I don’t recommend this place.
