Very professional highly recommended
Dara was great!
Great service, clear, communication and transparent with what you’re getting in the IV therapy
Nurse Duraporn “Pui” Pimjuck took care of me daily for a period of time at CityCare in Kamala. She was always kind, professional, and very caring. She helped with blood tests, wound care, and dressing changes with great attention and gentleness. I’m very grateful for her support and highly recommend her. Thank you, Pui.
I just wanna say how amazing my experience was with Dr. Gerard… I was in so much pain for my neck. I couldn’t move it at all.. I had one session with him and there’s a lot of movement now and I can actually sleep and get on with my day with no pain. Highly recommend
Excellent service the therapist Dada was first class made me feel very assured and comfortable. I would strongly recommend her and will definitely come back for future treatments
Initial experience was fine, as I took my daughter for a checkup due to diarrhoea. Except that they tried to sell me a medicine for 4500 baht, which I decided not to purchase from them as it seemed excessive for just some sachets of anti-diarrhoea medicine. I checked at a pharmacy, and got the same medicine for 650 baht!
I took my daughter for a follow up the next day as she had vomited in the morning, and they didn’t charge for that consultation since it was a follow up. But again, they wanted to sell me a medicine, but I decided to get it from a pharmacy instead, knowing that the prices here are massively inflated. The female receptionist seemed particularly annoyed at this fact.
The next day my daughter had an ear ache, so I took her there again. This time they told me that the doctor (same doctor who saw us the last two days) is a part-time doctor and does not have the machine to check the ear. To me, this sounded like a blatant lie – what doctor, whether full time or part time, does not know how to check someone’s ear? It’s a basic skill any doctor would know, and every medical clinic would have an otoscope (the instrument to check the ear).
They just did not want to treat her since we did not buy the medicine from them last time, and knew that we wouldn’t buy any medicine from them today either. Just a disgusting attitude that goes against the basic principle of being a medical practitioner.
Also worth mentioning that they charge double what other clinics charge for a consultation (1000 baht). I initially didn’t have an issue with this, and was fine to pay the consultation fee here since it was nearby to where I’m staying. But after this experience, I went to another doctor, and paid just 500 baht there, and the doctor was excellent.
While my case wasn’t too serious and only required two sessions, it was an important case to me and I wanted quality care I could feel confident about. Gerald and his team exceeded all my expectations. He went out of his way to explain treatments, procedures, medications, and physiology in general. His booking system works great; his fees are entirely reasonable, and he clearly treats his clients with compassion and respect.
