The staff were lovely and polite. The doctor gave good advice. The clinic was clean.

Arrived little bit before appointment time, she bring me in a old room and applied numbing cream. Bring water and a euro cake, i wait there 1h, i had need to go on toilet, there she recognised i was still there. After i saw no one anymore, after another 30 minutes i Go wash my face, leave the place without anything done. No one was there, just other customers waiting too for something. There was no call or something after. I think they forgot me, better dont go here, also the athmosphere is not really like a beauty clinic. To threatment i cannot say something, because not exists for me.
I had an IPL laser treatment here today. My appointment was at 1:00 PM, but I arrived a little after 12:00, and the receptionist was very kind and accommodating. The female doctor was also extremely friendly and performed the treatment with great care.
Since I had bought a cheap coupon, I honestly didn’t expect much—I thought it would just be a quick 5-minute laser session on a few spots. But instead, they applied gel on my face and generously targeted all the spots with the laser. I almost felt bad because they spent so much time on me despite the low price.
To my surprise, the doctor even spoke a little Japanese! I’m very grateful for the wonderful service and will definitely come again. The staff here are so nice and attentive—I highly recommend this clinic.

I went for an Ultraformer treatment, choosing the face and neck option with unlimited shots. The doctor didn’t hold back on the shots at all, covering my entire face, chin, and neck. I love how the skin under my chin is tighter, my jawline is more defined, my face looks lifted, and my nasolabial folds are lifted. It’s great overall. I’ll definitely come back when this treatment is finished.
The staff were attentive and provided excellent service. The numbing cream worked wonders and lasted a long time. The doctor was also great and lovely, and didn’t push any extra treatments.
