Escape the hustle and bustle and relax at the Bangkok Life Longevity & Biohacking Hub at The St. Regis Hotel. This time, I tried the 60-minute Stress-Release Massage (Aroma). I was impressed from the moment I arrived; the atmosphere was incredibly peaceful and luxurious. The therapist was excellent, with consistent pressure and a wonderfully relaxing aromatherapy scent. I felt so much lighter after the massage. They also served delicious hot tea and pastries. Although the price is quite high, considering the service, atmosphere, and quality of the massage, it was a well-deserved reward for myself. If you’re looking for an ultra-luxury spa, I highly recommend this place.

One of the best spa in bkk. This place offer health treatment like oxygen machine, iv drips and more. Facials, massages scrub and more is offered too. The body massage is one of the best the technique the therapist and the products use is amazing. The room is spacious. You can come early or stay later on for the jacuzzi which is so big and has both hot and cold side the steam room is good too. The changing area and rest area is very luxury and comfortable and got everything you needed. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Would come back for more treatment.
Thip, I don’t know what you did, but I left Spa as a new person…you know some hidden techniques that helped me feel energized and relaxed. I have never seen such a talented therapist as you. When I enter the St.Regis Spa gates the next time, I will be always seeking for you.

It was my first time at Longevity Hub, and I tried the Sleep Deeper, Wake Refreshed program. The experience was amazing. I felt truly relaxed and energized afterwards. Special thanks to Khun A for the great consultation and guidance. The service was excellent, and everyone was very helpful throughout my visit. I’ll definitely be coming back!
