The staff provided excellent service. This was my first time purchasing a course, and I was very impressed.
Terrible service. They said the shop closes at 7 PM.
I arrived at 6:15 PM and they said the last case would be closed at 6 PM.
By the time I finish work at 5 PM, the Amata road was under construction and traffic was terrible. I came on a motorcycle as fast as I could, but you still didn’t inform me in time that your shop closes at 7 PM.
I remember you scheduled an appointment for me on time, but then you were busy with another case and I had to wait. Don’t you consider that customers might have other commitments? You even blocked comments on my Facebook page. Is the owner aware of this problem? I purchased 3 courses; can I get a refund? How can I contact the owner?
There’s no problem with the staff themselves, but the blonde-haired employee at the counter is incredibly rude and argumentative. When I bought the course, they said I could specify a staff member. However, at my appointment time, the specified staff member was busy with another case, and they didn’t inform me when I arrived. I waited for half an hour before they asked if I wanted to change staff members, otherwise I’d have to wait longer. I’d already waited, and then have to wait again because this happens every time I have an appointment. I’d sit and wait for an hour at a time. So how exactly can you specify a staff member? You can specify, but you can’t lock them in, making you wait forever. I understand they run a queue system, but if they know which staff member is scheduled for a particular time, they can’t allocate them at all? They’re solving problems with a brain that only has 84,000 cells! And the counter staff is so rude. I never had these problems before, but after this course, it’s happened almost every time. I’m done with this place after this course. Terrible management and awful service. Only the staff member is okay. If you’re thinking of coming here, go somewhere else. There are plenty of clinics in Chonburi. Coming here is a complete waste of time and energy, and a waste of money.
There is a parking lot in front of the clinic, and there is an Amazon next door where you can get a coffee.
