I am very pleased with my experience at the Ratika Clinic. Dr Ratika was very thorough and was careful in her approach to my mild/persistent acne journey. It was clear that she wasn’t just trying to sell me whatever and give me treatments I didn’t need. I had follow up sessions and was well taken care of. Also her staff were great and very lovely. Dr. Ratika and her staff are amazing. I had a bad Botox experience (at a different clinic) and Dr. Ratika was very knowledgeable and was able to give me incredible results! I have hooded eyes and she was able to erase my forehead and between the eyebrows wrinkles while maintaining brow movement and no heavy forehead. So thankful for her and her team. Super friendly and good prices with packages available.
I did a consultation first as I was nervous about trying Botox again. She was super kind and patient to explain all the options available. She’s very conservative when it comes to Botox in the best way, making sure there’s no over-doing it when it’s not necessary. She also gave me general skin care advice to help achieve my desired results.
While the staff were kind, the treatment was shorter than said. Also there was someone talking loudly during my whole treatment, so i couldn’t relax..
