I am extremely dissatisfied with their treatments, as well as their after-sales service. After Botox injections around my eyes last year, malar bags (under my upper cheeks) appeared. I contacted them several times via WhatsApp: they initially suggested using warm compresses. Then, when I returned a few months later, they offered me a €700 treatment with no guarantee of results, explaining that my skin lacks elasticity. In the end, I should never have had the Botox injections and will now have to undergo blepharoplasty due to their incompetence and lack of professionalism!
Super friendly, professional, accommodating staff. The treatment (hydro facial) was very calming and effective. The shoulder and neck massage at the end was a great touch. 🤍
Been to SKNN in March and right after I entered the location, I felt I am in good hands. I had a good conversation and have been informed about the possibilities. The doctor was around and was able to take care of myself. Good treatment and happy with the outcome. I can only recommend this place.

Positives: polite reception and flexibility when I needed to adjust my appointment time. I was late due to previous appointment, and they accommodated this. When I chose to change treatment, we agreed to shorten the time, which was fair.
Negatives: no real consultation beyond a short form. They did show the treatment steps on an iPad and asked about allergies, but there was no skin analysis, no discussion of products, and no adaptation of the treatment to my skin.
I asked on the phone and again on arrival if this was an official Hydrafacial and was told yes. Once I saw the machine, it was clearly not, and I was then told it was a “Hydro Facial.” This felt misleading.
An “official Dermalogica partner” had been mentioned in a previous post, but none of the products used were recognisable or explained. I was only shown products when I asked. They did apply cream and SPF before I left, which I appreciated.
The initial treatment was entirely cold. When I said I needed steam for a proper deep clean, I was offered another treatment that included steam and extractions. I chose this option, but no meaningful extraction took place. This was not however, an upsell as I chose it myself due to the steam.
The ultrasonic blade was lightly dragged across my face with no visible effect, and the suction device was used without clear lymphatic direction. I did not experience any deep clean result.
A strong tea tree mask was applied despite me indicating dehydrated skin. This caused significant burning. I was told this was “normal,” and had to insist on removing it properly myself, which clearly annoyed the therapist.
Red light therapy was then suggested over the mask, which is not standard practice and can increase irritation. The device did not appear to be a true LED.
At that point I stopped the treatment and removed everything myself. When paying, no one asked about my experience, although they did ensure products were removed and applied cream and SPF before I left, which I appreciated. It was this moment they showed me the products being used.
Overall, what could have been a simple deep clean resulted in disappointment due to misleading terminology, limited product knowledge, and rigid treatments not adapted to the client needs.
I am trained in this field, which may make me more particular, but I aim to be fair and honest where practices feel misleading or potentially unsuitable for the skin.
This does not feel like a fully professional or results-driven clinic, but I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as there is clear room for improvement.
I highly recommend it. The treatment was very professionally performed and the atmosphere was incredibly relaxing.
This was so amazing, I went two days in a row. The hydrofacial was so attentive and glamourous and Botox very gentle. 🥰
I underwent HIFU treatment at SKNN Clinic Bangkok to address sagging skin around my chin and cheeks. I am very satisfied with the results. The staff were professional and attentive, making me feel comfortable. The clinic was clean and well-organized. After the treatment, I could clearly feel my skin was firmer and lifted. I highly recommend it!
