Disappointing experience. After leaving Thailand, I requested a follow-up consultation based on the advice I had previously received and paid for. However, I was informed that neither the doctor nor the clinic could provide guidance because the peptides I am using are not from their own brand—even though their products are not available in my home country.
This response made it clear that the focus is on selling products rather than providing ongoing patient care and professional medical advice. In my view, patient support should not end the moment a sale is completed.
Overall, I found the experience poor and would not recommend the clinic unless you are prepared to spend significant amounts of money with very limited follow-up support once you leave Thailand.

I note that KC Wellness has disputed my review. However, I retain screenshots of our WhatsApp conversation in which I was quoted THB 3,000 per EECP session after enquiring about a 10-session treatment plan. My review reflects my genuine experience and disappointment regarding the pricing discussed before my visit.
What makes this particularly disappointing is that the amount in question was relatively small and could easily have been resolved during my visit through a simple discussion and a customer-focused approach. Instead, the matter has unfortunately escalated into a public dispute that could have been avoided altogether.
I am also concerned that the clinic’s public response identifies me by my real name obtained through my dealings with the clinic, despite me not using that name in my review. As a healthcare provider, I would have expected patient information obtained through the patient-provider relationship to remain strictly confidential and not be disclosed publicly without my consent. The protection of patient confidentiality and personal data is a fundamental obligation of any medical or wellness provider.
I have no personal grievance against the clinic and simply shared my genuine experience. I stand by my review as an honest and accurate account of what occurred and believe this matter could have been resolved amicably at the time had a more customer-focused approach been taken.

I had a very disappointing experience with KC Wellness in Bangkok.
Before attending, I was quoted THB 3,000 per EECP session via WhatsApp and booked my appointment on that basis. However, upon arrival, I was informed that a doctor’s consultation was not included and that the treatment would cost THB 3,500 per session instead. When I showed the WhatsApp confirmation of the THB 3,000 price, the clinic refused to honour it.
What concerned me even more was that no doctor had reviewed my medical history, no hospital reports were requested, and there appeared to be no proper medical assessment before proceeding with a treatment that is typically used for patients with cardiovascular conditions. As a cardiac patient, I found this extremely concerning.
The overall attitude I experienced felt unwelcoming and overly focused on extracting additional fees rather than patient care. There was little effort to resolve the pricing discrepancy, despite clear evidence of the quoted price.
As a result, I lost confidence in the clinic’s professionalism and standards of care and decided to leave without undergoing treatment.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this clinic. Patients should ensure they obtain written confirmation of all costs and medical procedures before attending.

Today I had an HBOT session. The staff provided excellent service and were very attentive. Breathing in pure oxygen while inside the chamber left me feeling so refreshed. I will definitely be coming back again!

Ive been going to KC Wellness now for about 2 months. KC Wellness does a host of varied treatments, therapies and preventative care treatments. The staff are fantastic. Friendly, polite and professional. The results for me are showing and I highly recommend this center to anyone for any type of treatment they offer, as they have professionals in many areas and offer a number of varied health benefiting treatments. The consultation team spend time with you to explain procedures and potential results to a comfortable and confident level. I’m loosing weight, can see the results and I am feeling great.
