Everything you need for beauty is here. This is my go-to salon for hand and foot spa treatments and gel nails.
I visited the Patong branch and overall had a good experience. The staff were all very friendly, welcoming, helpful, and did a great job. They even arranged for a hairstylist from outside the salon to come and cut my hair because they don’t offer haircuts at this branch, which I really appreciated. The branch manager was also very kind and accommodating.
However, I was disappointed that the prices were changed when we arrived because they said they had changed the products being used. We were a group of four and paid a total of 13,000 THB, but no discount was offered. I also think the staff could improve their English communication, as it was sometimes difficult to communicate.
Overall, the service and staff were excellent, but I hope they provide clearer pricing before the appointment and improve English communication.

Today I went in for services including manicures, eyelash extensions, facial massage, acne extraction, and hair washing/drying.
The shop uses Counter Bar products.
The interior design is comfortable and clean.
The staff provided excellent service, paying attention to every detail. 10/10, no complaints!
I made an appointment for a treatment via the Beauty & Co website (Kathu location) and received a confirmation by email. Based on that, I went to the salon, but upon arrival, the location turned out to be completely closed.
What makes this even more annoying is that, according to Google, the salon was simply listed as “open,” and there was no indication anywhere that they were closed. Additionally, the salon was unreachable: messages were not answered, and there was no way to get in touch.
This resulted in me spending time and money traveling back and forth for nothing, without any form of communication or service.
I therefore recommend absolutely not making an appointment here without having had personal contact first, as the online booking and opening hours are, in my experience, unreliable.

What an exceptional salon! I’m French, and I happened to walk in. Cathy did my hands and feet, semi-permanent polish for my toes and gel for my hands—a job done to perfection.
